Virginia Children's Locker Rooms and Showers Open to the Opposite Sex?

“It’s about the Children”

The media, lobbyists, Democrats, and spineless Republicans have already determined the narrative, parameters, and outcome for Bob Marshall’s House Bill 1612, known as the Physical Privacy Act.  They call it the “bathroom bill”, all opposition is “bigoted and hateful”, and “the bill will die in committee”.  As Speaker Bill Howell said, “It’s just Bob being Bob.”  The more you learn about the bill, thank goodness it is “Bob being Bob”.

What parents, grandparents, and others don’t know is that not passing HB 1612 could eventually open Virginia’s public school locker rooms, showers, and hotel s on overnight stays to members of the opposite sex.  You heard it correctly.

VA Governor Signs Executive Order to Shut Out Businesses not in Favor of Homosexuality

Michael Ware | Sons of Liberty

It is one thing to say that you want to be fair to all people. If you wish to treat every person the same, then I have to say that I am with you all the way. However, if you say that we are going to include all unless they disagree with you or me, then you have just become the thing that you wish to get rid of in our society.

Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe does not have the foresight to see the inconsistency in his latest executive order. If he does, then his intolerance of Christians is harsh to say the least.

Christian News reports:

The Democratic governor of Virginia has signed an executive order requiring the state to only enter into government contracts with businesses and organizations that have policies in favor of homosexuality, effectively banning Christian entities and others from working with the state.

Physical Privacy Act Bill: Protect Your Children in Public Schools

Pat Boone wrote a piece titled: Founding Fathers Legislated Morality and Don Blake of the Virginia Christian Alliance calls upon our Virginia members of House and Senate to read it.   The safety and privacy of our children is at stake.  Inaction on Bob Marshall’s bill 1612, Physical Privacy Act  will only promote the agenda of the radical LGBT special interest groups in our public schools.

But, seems like your legislative leaders are gun shy and do not want to take up the controversy.  The Virginia citizen can change that.  You have heard the mantra “You can’t legislate morality”?  This is a flat out lie when seated in historical context.

“Moral law, whether codified by civil law or not, is absolutely essential to any society’s survival; if history teaches us anything, it reveals that all great governments and states have disintegrated when they became corrupted with immorality — no matter how you define immorality.” Pat Boone

A Nine-Year-Old Boy is Spreading a "Contagion of Mass Delusion"

National Geographic’s cover photo is exploitation. The health and well-being of a child are being sacrificed to advance a political and cultural crusade.

Walt Hyer | Public Discourse

Psychiatrist Richard Corradi calls transgenderism a “contagion of mass delusion.” As a former transgender, I can tell you that Dr. Corradi is correct. Yet National Geographic magazine selected a trans-activist boy named Avery Jackson for the cover of its special January “Gender Revolution” issue—an image and publication that will only help promote this “contagion of mass delusion” around the globe.

Like it or not, there are two sexes: male and female. Man and woman join to form the foundation of family. National Geographic apparently felt the need to give the LGBTQ movement a helping hand in redefining gender and family.

If you’re an LGBTQ loyalist, you will love the “in your face” cover photo of the boy Avery. But for me, one who was restored after living for eight years as a female transgender, the cover photo is a sad and painful reminder of a lost childhood, a family ripped apart, and a marriage that did not survive. To me, the cover is a glossy reminder of the brokenness of transgender ideology.

‘It’s The Law Of The Land’ – The Proverb From Hell

Michael Bresciani | Barbwire

The prophet Ezekiel was instructed to rebuke the ancient Israelites for using a proverb; (saying or common catch phrase) because they presumed that everything the prophet said was not to be fulfilled until many years into the future.

“Son of man, what is that proverb that ye have in the land of Israel, saying, The days are prolonged, and every vision faileth? Tell them therefore, thus saith the Lord GOD; I will make this proverb to cease, and they shall no more use it as a proverb in Israel; but say unto them, the days are at hand, and the effect of every vision.” (Eze 12: 22, 23)

Will Tom Price Clean Up Feds' Hiv/aids Program?

Exclusive: Linda Harvey says, 'No male ever needs to engage in anal sex with another male'

Linda Harvey | WND

The latest figures from the business-as-usual HIV/AIDS epidemic were just released from the Centers for Disease Control, a division of the U.S. Health and Human Services agency. Dec. 1 was World AIDS Day.

And reporting for the year 2015, CDC acknowledges a disease picture largely unchanged, with nearly 40,000 new HIV infections, almost 29,000 among males who have sex with males (70 percent).

And as most well-informed Americans know, no person is born “gay,” so this conduct is completely unnecessary.

How To Prep Your Kids To Resist Satan's School Revolution

Linda Harvey urges parents to teach moral, scientific realities about sexuality

Linda Harvey | WND

Backpack? Got it.  Pens and pencils?  Check

High moral standards and keen discernment? Hmm...

Maybe the most important item on the back-to-school checklist for your kids has been shoved to the bottom of the pile.

Tutoring children in Christian ethics, common sense and even constitutional rights seems like an overwhelming challenge. Still, you do not want to be one of those parents looking back in 10 years with deep regret, wishing you could turn back the clock and save your child – and other children – from disaster.

Navy to Name Ship after 'Gay' Child Molester

Matt Barber |Barbwire

Attention on the poop deck. It seems our “first gay president” intends to “milk,” with pride, his fetish for all things “LGBT” in the closing months (mercifully) of his catastrophic presidency. USNI News (U.S. Naval Institute) reports that the Obama Navy presumes to ram, without consent, the most reprehensible aspects of the extremist homosexual political agenda down the throats of a divided American public.

“The Navy is set to name a ship after the gay rights icon and San Francisco politician Harvey Milk, according to a congressional notification obtained by USNI News.

“The July 14, 2016 notification, signed by Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus, indicated he intended to name a planned Military Sealift Command fleet oiler USNS Harvey Milk (T-AO-206).”

An “oiler.” You can’t make this stuff up.

Transgender Law Threatens Iowa Churches

protectingyourministry 272 350

Could this somehow happen in Virginia?  With the current Governor and Attorney General, Pastors need to be prepared.

Joen Carter | The Gospel Coalition

The Story:  A church in Iowa has filed a lawsuit against the state’s civil rights commission because a state law threatens to censor the church’s teaching on biblical sexuality and would force the church to open its restrooms and showers to members of the opposite sex.

The Background: The Iowa Civil Rights Commission interprets the section of the Iowa Civil Rights Act pertaining to public accommodations in a way that would force churches to allow individuals access to church restrooms, shower facilities, and changing rooms based on his or her gender identity, irrespective of biological sex.

Honoring Homosexuality, Denying First Amendment

Linda Harvey |WND

Your daughter loves a certain Christian college, but you discover it’s as corrupt as a secular campus these days. Why? Because its authentic gospel witness is now banned by the destructive forces of homosexual activism.

Think this can’t happen, and soon? Think again. Proud homosexual California lawmakers and their allies just passed the anti-Christian Senate Bill 1146 through the first chamber of the California Assembly.

You are told you’ll lose your job if you wear your favorite cross necklace to work again. This is right after you’ve been asked to sign a statement pledging you won’t engage in “discrimination” against anyone based on “sexual orientation” or “gender identity.”

VCA Chairman on Latest Court Action on Transgender Access to Public School Bathrooms

Chairman Don Blake

The Virginia Christian Alliance has been following the legal wrangling back and forths on the heated transgender bathroom issue in Gloucester.  Gavin Grimm, the girl who thinks she is a boy is demanding her right to use the boys bathroom and boys locker room.  Looks like she will be able to do that during her senior year beginning this fall. Compounding the Gloucester court battle is the May 13th, U.S. Dept of Education and Justice joint directive (press release) announcing their “joint guidance”,(which we recommend you download and read), as it lays down additional broad and sweeping requirements to 16,500 public school districts and 7,000 postsecondary institutions, as well as charter schools, for-profit schools, libraries, and museums. PLEASE SEE MORE HERE: Va Christian Alliance Responds to New Transgender Guidelines for Public Schools. 11 states are suing the Obama administration over its directive on transgender student access to public school facilities, firing the first shot in what is likely to be a protracted and messy legal battle over that guidance.

Sin-Affirming Christians are Biggest Threat at 'Pride' Events

Linda Harvey | WND

Do people who identify as homosexual or transgendered deserve to be shot in cold blood? Of course not. And when this happens, as it did on Sunday morning in Orlando, it’s a horrific and needless tragedy.

America is a nation of laws, and even though many conservative Christians oppose the normalization of sexually immoral behaviors, not one person I know would ever recommend or condone violent actions. We would all try to help save these lives if called upon.
