Several months ago, I received a shocking request from Duet Church in Potchefstroom, South Africa. They asked me to do a 5-part series on pornography with essentially no holds-barred in terms of content. The shocking part was that two of those messages were to be presented on consecutive Sunday mornings.
I have to be honest. When I read the request, I said, “This would never happen in America.”
Sure, the word “pornography” is sometimes used from American pulpits, but never in the manner that was being requested. In my book The Dark Side of Technology, I go into the very dark and perverse side of how the pornography industry treats women when porn is being filmed and I hold nothing, and I mean nothing, back (See Dark Side of Pornography). This chapter had already caused me grief from some who thought it was just too descriptive. Now I was getting a request to present this material on two Sunday mornings and three additional meetings in between.

For over a decade, sexual perversion activists have been out to “fundamentally transform” the Commonwealth of Virginia. Each year during the General Assembly Session, the number of bills to advance the homosexual agenda has averaged between eight and ten.
Then came Governor Terry McAuliffe and Attorney General Mark Herring. During the 2015 Session that just finished, twenty bills promoting homosexuality were introduced. Through the efforts of people with traditional values, pro-family organizations and truly conservative legislators, all efforts to legislate immorality failed.
Editor's Note: Vatican spokesman shows Catholic Church still supports homosexuals by putting a spin on Kim Davis’ meeting with the Pope. Read The Liberty Counsel’s Report.

Washington, DC – The facts about the meeting with Kim Davis have been told, but we will again set forth the details of the meeting with an additional fact.
The meeting with Kim Davis was initiated on September 14. While we do not know everyone who was part of the invitation, we do know that The Apostolic Nuncio of the Holy See to the United States, Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano, personally spoke with Kim Davis about the invitation. The invitation was for a private meeting with Pope Francis at the Vatican Embassy in Washington, D.C., on Thursday afternoon, September 24. This meeting was a private meeting. No other members of the public were present.

Who Was Really Raped in Oregon?
In one of the most egregious anti-Christian acts committed by a state official in recent memory, Oregon Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian not only upheld the ridiculous $135,000 fine levied against Aaron and Melissa Klein for declining to bake a cake for a lesbian commitment ceremony, but he ordered the Kleins to “cease and desist” from making any public comments about their religious convictions relative to this case.
This is an outrage and a travesty, and it must be rebuked and resisted. Who does Mr. Avakian think he is?

It is jarring to write the words “the arrest of Kim Davis,” speaking of the Kentucky clerk who was remanded to jail for refusing to issue marriage certificates to same-sex couples, but for years now I and others have been warning that committed Christians could soon face jail time in America for holding to our convictions.
That time is now here, and the only thing that is surprising is that anyone is surprised. How could we not see this coming?
To be sure, there is a healthy debate taking place among both believers and non-believers concerning the rightness of Kim Davis’s actions. Should she simply have resigned if, in good conscience, she could not issue those certificates? Does she have any legal, moral, or constitutional ground on which to stand?

Case in point: The leaders of the Episcopal Church USA, the Presbyterian Church USA and the United Church of Christ are all patting themselves on the back these days. Leaving behind sound biblical doctrine, they’re now celebrating “marriage equality.”
All three denominations ordain openly homosexual clergy and will now perform same-sex (so-called) marriages. “Aren’t we progressive?” is the smug attitude of these long-established mainliners, who may soon be joined by the ELCA (Lutherans) and the United Methodist Church in the official fiction of marrying two men or two women.
“Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.” – 1 Corinthians 6:18
I had an interesting heart-to-heart with my dad the other day. We were discussing my son, his grandson, who was spending time with my folks in Colorado over the summer. At the risk of bragging a bit – my boy, an eighth grader who recently turned 14, is already 6-foot-1, very handsome and a competitive Olympic-style boxer. Evidently, on the previous day a “drop-dead gorgeous” high school girl had made a sexual advance at him, and while as a Christian young man, he had managed to graciously rebuff that advance, he shared with his grandfather that “it was tempting.”
Boy do I know it. Having been a teenage boy myself a few decades back I faced those same temptations on multiple occasions, and, regrettably, as I’ve shared before, both then and into my young adulthood, I succumbed to those temptations more often than not.

The Virginia Christian Alliance is calling on churches to drop their affiliation with the Boy Scouts. The move comes less than 24 hours after the Boy Scouts announced they are lifting their ban on gay scout leaders.
"I think it's the beginning of the end of the boy scouts," said Don Blake who is the president of the Virginia Christian Alliance. "Parents have to fear their children being molested."
Just a few years back, Richmond protestors rallied against allowing openly gay children into the scouts. A document made the rounds in the fan district that proclaimed "KEEP SCOUTING MORALLY STRAIGHT." The Christian Alliance is fed up now that openly gay scouts and leaders are allowed.
Secular humanism is the predominant religion of the mainstream media, academia, and the political left. It has become the established religion of government schools, and its tenets of relativism, positivism, and statism are widely taught. Toleration is one of its chief virtues. The degree of toleration has reached the absurd, where California now allows students to use male or female restrooms based upon their self-identification, not biology.

As animals that reproduce sexually, humans in the paradigm case are either male or female, with the sexes specified by reproductive roles they can potentially fulfill. According to this account, it is impossible for someone to change his or her sex, and all attempts to do so involve mutilation. The first of a two-part series.
I reflect here on our identity as sexed beings. In tomorrow’s essay I consider what it means for us to be gendered beings. But to do so, it is important first to make some distinctions concerning sex, intersex, and trans-sex on the one hand, and gender and transgender on the other.
The vast majority of human beings are born as members of one of the two sexes, male and female. In the paradigm case, those individuals are genotypically and phenotypically easily identifiable as one or the other, and their sexual identity is clear. But for a smaller number of individuals, things are not so obvious; the possibilities include individuals with ambiguous genitalia, mismatched genotype and phenotype, and perhaps some form of hermaphroditism.

The homofascist movement has claimed another innocent victim. As Brian Camenker of MassResistance reports:
On March 30, a major Harvard-affiliated hospital in Boston, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), expelled a well-respected urologist from its medical staff because he voiced concerns about the unhealthy nature of homosexual behavior and objected to the hospital’s aggressive promotion of “gay pride” activities.
Dr. Paul Church has been a urologist on the BIDMC staff in Boston for nearly 30 years. He is a member of the Harvard Medical School faculty. He has done research on diagnosing prostate and bladder cancer, and has been a frequent volunteer for medical mission projects in Mexico and Africa. He has also spoken before educational and civic groups on the subject of high-risk sexual behaviors.

It keeps family and friends connected, assists in emergency situations, provides immediate feedback and has taken knowledge to a whole new level.
But there is no doubt that this techno-revolution tsunami also has a downside that has to be managed properly.
Hundreds of gobsmacked teens hung on Brad Huddleston’s every word during his brief visit to Potch last month. This Christian television and radio show producer is also an international evangelist with degrees in Computer Science and Bible. He spent a lot of time talking openly to high school learners about digital addiction.
“And I’m not only talking about porn and video games,” he says. “I am pro media, electronics and social media, but new research coming out of South Korea is very disturbing.”
Their government intervention was prompted by people like 15-year-old Kim Min-woo who started having memory problems and flunking tests that demanded concentration. He couldn’t even remember the access code to get into his own house. Doctors diagnosed early onset dementia brought on by intense exposure to digital technology. Since he was five, Kim had always been in front of a TV screen or computer. He is mad about computer games.
Today we are going to look at the issue of homosexuality. The Bible calls it sodomy. It doesn't matter what you call it, it is sexual sin just like adultery and fornication. God says that it is an abomination. Man can rename it and call it anything he wants, but it is still sexual sin.
We will be looking at what Islam teaches on this subject and how it deals with this sin. We will see that there is a bit of hypocrisy on this issue within Islam. We will see why we don't hear Islam speaking out and condemning homosexuality.
Before we look at homosexuality in Islam I would like to deal with homosexuality in America. We will soon hear from the Supreme Court on this issue. It is my hope that the Court will say that this is an issue that should not be dealt with by the federal government.
