December 5th and 6th: Taking Our Country Back with Free Market Warrior Loren Spivak

41xC3vPZBCL. SX298 BO1204203200

“We're not here to gripe, or whine, or throw tantrums as the forces of statism and socialism methodically destroy the last vestiges of freedom in America.  We’re here to learn and work and teach and retake control of our destiny. We know we're right. And we want our country back.” – Loren Spivack

Free Market Warrior Loren Spivak is dedicated to teaching patriots how to do just that.

For example, can you explain why some tax cuts do absolutely nothing to stimulate the economy, while others provide a great stimulus? Were you taught that Roosevelt’s New Deal saved the country by intervening in the economy and “stimulating” demand? Would you be surprised to learn that the economic theories espoused by the current administration and congressional leaders were conclusively disproved more than 100 years ago?

Part I, Saturday, December 5th from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
AND Part II (Part I Required), Sunday, December 6 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.

Sunday, November 15, Reverend Rafael Cruz Reclaiming America

Rafael Cruz is a powerful example of the American Dream.

Born in Cuba, Cruz lived and suffered under a cruel, oppressive dictator. He began fighting Batista’s regime as a teenager and was imprisoned and tortured simply because he wanted to be free.

Cruz arrived in Texas in 1957 on a student visa. He got a job as a dishwasher, making 50 cents an hour, and worked his way through the University of Texas, while learning English. He later built a small business in further pursuit of the American Dream.

In early 1980, Cruz joined the State Board of the Religious Roundtable, a Judeo-Christian organization that mobilized millions of people of faith during the Presidential Campaign of Ronald Reagan.

He is an ordained minister and the Director of Grace for America, sharing the Word of God in churches and Pastors Conferences throughout the United States.

His son, Ted Cruz, is a constitutional conservative U.S. Senator from Texas and candidate for United States President in 2016.

When Ted was a child growing up in Houston, Rafael would tell him, “When we faced oppression in Cuba, I had a place to flee to. If we lose our freedom here, where do we go?

This is event is free and open to the public, however, seating is limited to the first 500 to arrive.

March Madness at VCA – Transgender Students in Virginia Schools

We all like to think that once the General Assembly session is over, we can take a breath. Well, March came in like a lion and went out like a lion. At VCA, we spent the month doing mailings about issues and prepared for two events.

Letters were mailed to every Public School Superintendent and School Board Chair in the Commonwealth addressing the new phenomenon of cross-dressing transgendered students attending our public schools. We asked each school district:

  • Does your district have a policy to deal with transgender students, teachers, and staff?
  • Does your district have any current issues regarding transgender students, teachers, or staff?
  • If so, what is the specific policy you are using to address the issue?
  • Where can the public access or find that policy?

This issue of transgendered public school students has barely surfaced in Virginia. We know some schools already have issues, but only two systems – Stafford County and Gloucester County, have become public. It seems other systems are keeping their situations private.

"We're Queer. We're Here. And We're Coming after Your Kids."

A Pro-Homosexual Day in Public Schools: April 17 | Take Action

If you have school age children, contact your administration as soon as possible to ask this specific question: Will your school be allowing students to hold the Day of Silence on April 17 and refuse to speak on that day? If the administration answers “yes” or dodges the question keep your children home that day.

The Day of Silence is the queen of all the numerous homosexuality-affirming activities that take place in public schools. It is organized and promoted by the Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network (GLSEN), a pro-homosexual activist group masquerading in the schools as an educational group.

GLSEN urges students to refuse to speak all day, including during academic classes, which transforms instructional time. Administrators permit students to refuse to speak in class, and teachers feel compelled to create lesson plans to accommodate the refusal to speak on the parts of students. Teachers feel that if they don’t accommodate student-refusal to speak, they will be seen as supporting the bullying of self-identified homosexual students.

How fortunate we are as this National treasure moved from San Francisco to Chesapeake a few yrs. ago due to Dr. Carole Adams' work to ensure every child reaches his full potential in Christ enabling them to practice Christian self-government protecting individual liberty in America. As a professional educator, Carole understood,

"Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports...... reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle. (Padover, The Washington Papers, pp.318-19.)
