The murder of innocent children in Newtown, Conn., reminds us of how precious human life is. The late Dr. Bernard Nathanson, the abortionist and 1969 founder of the National Abortion Rights Action League, knew all about the sanctity of human life, and about death. In fact, he felt personally responsible for the deaths of 75,000 children. On a cold day in December 2009, I listened as he pondered the love, anticipation, joy and hope of the Christmas season.
I am writing in response to the October 18 article regarding the pastors who were supporting the Romney Ryan ticket. I can't remember the last time I stood up against 95% of of any group. If I disagreed with them, I probably didn't have the courage to let it be known. For Bishop Glen, Reverend Ellison, and Bishop Parson to have the courage to take public stances which are in opposition to their African American brothers and sisters is bold, courageous and inspiring. But what is most inspiring is that they do it because they are more committed to following Scripture than to following men.
A Victory For Pro-Life: Hopefully Some Clinics Will Be Closed And Victory For Pro-Abortion: Safer, Cleaner Abortion Clinics For Women
VICTORY IN VIRGINIA! – Virginia Board of Health Votes to Approve New Abortion Clinic Regulations
When I attended the Board of Health meeting in Richmond last Friday I was shocked at what I saw and heard.
HENRICO - The Virginia Christian Alliance held an award ceremony at the Bragg Hill Family Life Center in Fredericksburg announcing its 2012 General Assembly awards which were voted on at its June Board meeting. The event received press coverage by the Washington Post, and Henrico Citizen.
Governor Bob McDonnell recently appointed Dr. Seeds to the Virginia Board of Health. The Richmond Times-Dispatch covered the appointment on the front page along with Ken Cuccinelli's opinion on the abortion clinic regulations.
John and his wife Marie have been a part of the VCA family since our beginning. As the article indicates, John is the Vice Chairman of VCA's OBGYNs for Life. For years, John and Marie have championed the cause of unborn children. John has spoken at many venues about the pro-life cause and testified before many state committees on medical issues regarding abortion. This past January, John was part of the VCA group that met with Governor McDonnell's Secretary of Public Policy, Jason Eige.
The Center for Bio-Ethical Reform is partnering with VCA to bring the truth about abortion to college campuses in Virginia.
Abortion is always an important issue for voters, especially in tightly-contested races as are usually waged in Virginia. We must educate voters in Virginia, so that more of them will know abortion is an act of violence that kills a baby. So often, the media defines pro-life candidates as "ultra-conservative" and "extreme" candidates on the "far-right," whereas they describe pro-abortion candidates as "moderate" on abortion. We must show voters what abortion is and does, so that they will understand that killing a baby is an act of extremism, not moderation.
ANN ARBOR, MI – The video produced by an abortion mill, Northland Family Planning Clinics, “Every Day, Good Women Choose Abortion” sought to persuade young women facing unwanted pregnancies that abortion is a “good” and “normal” decision. However, when two pro-life organizations, Center for Bio-Ethical Reform (“CBR”) and The Apologetics Group produced parodies of their video, the outraged abortionists filed a federal lawsuit in a California Federal District Court claiming violations of the Copyright Act.
The entire purpose of crafting the parodies was to use clips of the Northland Video to transform the work and expose its deadly lies.
The Thomas More Law Center, a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, came to the defense of CBR and The Apologetics Group. And on Friday, June 15, 2012, Federal District Court Judge James V. Selna of the Central District of California dismissed the abortionist’s case.
Though it seems to be simple request, the tapestry of God's work with the pro-life rescue movement would take a book to lay the foundation for the just a corner like "The Spring of Life!" Nevertheless, here is a small piece of the cloth.
The year was 1992. I served as the chairman of the Western New York Clergy Council in Buffalo, NY. By that time, I had also become a pro-life leader and participated in pro-life rescues across the country. At a rescue, Christians are willing to go to jail to save the life of a child by practicing non-violent civil Christian obedience and block the doors or driveway to prevent abortions at a given place on a given day.
LOTTSBURG--Planned Parenthood has revealed its true colors again, and they are not pink and white.
Last week, Planned Parenthood leaders lost their senses in response to the 40 Days for Life peaceful prayer vigils held in front of hundreds of abortion facilities all across America and the world. The abortion giant launched a "prayer" campaign for abortion and glamorized their work as "sacred."

Did you know that aborted babies are being chopped up and sold to medical researchers all over America? There is a federal law which is supposed to ban this practice, but it contains a gigantic loophole that abortion clinics are using to sell huge amounts of aborted baby parts to the scientific community.

The nation watched as H.B. 1 — dubbed by some the "personhood" bill — made its way through Virginia's General Assembly. After the bill passed the House of Delegates for the second consecutive year, the stage was set for an intense debate in the Senate Education and Health Committee. No one could be certain of the outcome, where a one-vote Republican majority was no guarantee of success for abortion-related legislation.
Fredericksburg Free Lance-Star
IN RESPONSE to the letter to the editor with the title "Think you have control over your own body, ladies?" [Feb. 6], I would like to share a counterpoint from Dr. Bernard Nathanson, co-founder of NARAL, America's largest abortion lobby group.
On Dec. 1, 2009, I flew to New York to interview Dr. Nathanson, who felt personally responsible for killing 75,000 children while he advanced unfettered abortion in the 1970s, and gave me a message to carry to America. I promised him I would carry his message and never stop.
