True justice is rooted in God’s eternal law and not in man’s opinions. Scripture warns that when judges pervert justice, they invite divine judgment (Deuteronomy 16:18-20, Isaiah 10:1-2).

This wasn’t a lapse in judgment. It was a deliberate act of obstruction, carried out in the heart of a court of law.

Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested by the FBI (two felonies) for allegedly orchestrating the escape of an illegal alien from her own courtroom. As reported by Benny Johnson and former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, Judge Dugan screamed at ICE agents, obstructed their lawful duties, and personally guided a violent criminal out a private exit to evade arrest — while the victims sat inside the courtroom waiting for justice.
Human courts are meant to reflect God’s character — fairness, righteousness, and protection of the innocent. When judges instead shield evildoers, they act in open rebellion against the purpose God ordained for civil authority (Romans 13:1-4).
The Criminal Alien She Shielded
The man Judge Dugan helped flee was no harmless migrant. After being deported in 2013, he illegally reentered the United States and was now facing serious domestic violence charges — having beaten a man and a woman so brutally that both required hospitalization. Rarely do victims in domestic abuse cases cooperate with authorities. Still, in this case, they did — only to see the judge side with their abuser.
Pam Bondi Exposes the Full Story
Pam Bondi delivered a scathing summary of Dugan’s conduct: learning ICE was present, Dugan became enraged, shouted at the officers, and then distracted them while sneaking the defendant out through a private door.
The audacity to shield a violent offender while victims were present shows the depth of political corruption that has infested parts of our judiciary.
This wasn’t just obstruction — it was a direct betrayal of those the court was supposed to protect.
It wasn’t justice Dugan served — it was an ideological agenda.
God’s Word is clear:
“Woe to those who acquit the guilty for a bribe, but deny justice to the innocent.” (Isaiah 5:23)

This wasn’t an isolated incident. Other judges have been exposed for shielding gang members and harboring criminal aliens.
When those tasked with upholding the law instead sabotage it from the bench, they turn courthouses into battlegrounds against both the Constitution and God’s commands.
Judicial activism like this doesn’t just threaten immigration enforcement — it threatens every citizen’s right to equal protection under righteous law.
Accountability Must Prevail — Under God
Judge Dugan now faces federal obstruction charges. Justice demands that she — and any other official who weaponizes their position against lawful governance — be held fully accountable.
True justice reflects God’s righteousness, not man’s rebellion.
