“Rekindle the Dream” with E.W. Jackson, Feb 25
1. Next Wednesday, Feb. 25: Bishop E.W. Jackson invites us to join a National Service on Reconciliation at 7:00 p.m. in the Congressional Auditorium of the Capitol Visitor Center in Washington DC. The goal is to “Rekindle the Dream” of Martin Luther King, Jr., to turn the page on the history of slavery and segregation, and to embrace a future of healing and reconciliation. It is meant to serve as a model for communities to bring people together across racial and cultural lines.
In addition to E.W., the program will feature Bishop Harry Jackson, Alveda King, and Pastor Jim Garlow as well as representatives from Ferguson, New York, and other areas where racial unrest has erupted in recent months. Huddleston Ministries Annual Banquet, March 28

Saturday, March 28: Brad Huddleston Ministries is holding its 6th annual banquet and fundraiser at the First Assembly of God Church in Harrisonburg beginning at 6:00 p.m. The featured speaker will be Reuben David, a former Visiting Scholar with the Wilberforce Forum and graduate of Regent University and Bengalore University in India. Annual SCA Rally for Values, April 11
3. Saturday., April 11: The Shenandoah Christian Alliance is hosting its second annual Traditional Values Rally at the Skyline High School in Front Royal beginning at 4:00 p.m. We are delighted to stand with our new friends in the north end of the Valley in support of natural marriage between only one man and one woman. The program will feature rousing speeches, patriotic music and ceremony, and color guard presentations by area Trail Life USA and Heritage Girls troops. Stay tuned for details.
“God and Country” Annual Forum Gala, May 15
4. Friday, May 15: Please save the date for the Valley Family Forum’s 14th annual “God and Country” Celebration dinner at JMU beginning at 6:30. Past speakers have included Ten Commandments Judge Roy Moore and Wallbuilders’ Founder and President David Barton. Another great speaker is already confirmed.
