Someday Roe v. Wade will be reversed. Would you join me in hastening that day by signing a petition to the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse Roe v. Wade? Together, the Roe, Doe, and Casey cases have allowed the slaughter of millions of children in the womb. The petition establishes that Abortion is a Crime against Humanity just as the Dred Scott decision was a crime against humanity because it denied legal protection to African Americans. A crime against humanity occurs when the government withdraws legal protection from a class of human beings; in this case, children in the womb, resulting in severe deprivation (including death).

One of the proper legal reasons for overturning a Supreme Court decision is that it has not been accepted by the American people. This petition can help to establish in the minds of the Justices and in the official records of the U.S. Supreme Court that millions of Americans believe that abortion is a crime against humanity. We do not accept Roe v. Wade. This crime was created by the Supreme Court and, as the petition explains, it should be overturned by the Supreme Court.

The Petition also states other legitimate reasons under the law of precedent why Roe should be reversed. For example, new evidence since 1973 undeniably shows life begins at conception. New evidence shows that rather than helping, abortion hurts women. Also, today no woman has to have an abortion to be free of the perceived burden of child care.

Under new Safe Haven laws in all 50 states, no woman has to care for an unwanted child, but can simply turn over her child to the state within a set time after birth with no questions asked, no legal procedure, no cost and all responsibilities removed from her. The petition also states that over a million families a year are waiting to adopt healthy infants at birth and they would be happy to receive these children into loving homes.
