Yale’s ‘America 250’ Agenda: Poisoning Young Minds and Rewriting America’s Christian Foundations

Yale University, once a citadel of Christian learning, has long since abandoned its biblical and constitutional roots. As we approach America’s 250th anniversary, Yale is offering a so-called “America 250” history course that, under the guise of academic inquiry, will distort and misrepresent the truth about our nation’s founding. Parents, students, and patriotic Americans must beware: this is not education—it is indoctrination.

The professors selected for this course carry an open hostility toward America’s Christian heritage, its constitutional ideals, and its founding figures. What follows is a crucial analysis that exposes the true agenda behind Yale’s latest deception. Every Christian and Constitution-loving American should read it carefully and prepare to defend the truth for the next generation.

Yale ‘America 250’ History Course Will Tilt Left and Poison Minds

Yale announced a new history course in light of America’s 250th Anniversary.  The course will “confront American Identity” in a one-time unique course which will look at American history from our revolutionary period to our present.  The course is unique in that three American history scholars at Yale will tackle three periods of American history – the founding-revolutionary period, antebellum-Civil War and Reconstruction period, and the 20th Century to the present.

The aim of the course through a series of eight lectures by each of the historians, is to examine how the national identity and character of America has evolved over time.  While the concept may appear benign and presented as a neutral look at American history, We beg to differ because the three professors all have in common anti-American bias in their past analysis of history.   Professor Beverly Gage was so anti-conservative that, in 2021 she resigned her position as director of Yale’s Brady-Johnson Program in Grand Strategy, citing a conservative donor’s  involvement in forming an oversight board with regard to curriculum as a violation of academic freedom.  Professor Dr. Joanna Freeman brags about her love of looking at the grittier side of American politics and culture of the revolutionary and infancy periods of the American Republic.  And David Blight is presently leading the charge against Trump’s executive order  Ending Radical Indoctrination in K-12 Schooling.

We would appreciate your donation.

The result is students will be introduced to American history as seen through the eyes of a scandal monger, a self-hating white privileged male, and a loose canon who doesn’t want any limitations on what she teaches her students.  How can we expect young impressionable students to complete the course without seeing the Founders as a bunch of hypocritical morally degenerate men, White Americans as greedy soulless traders in human flesh, and our present society being eternally doomed because of white guilt and black victimhood?

We love history, but it is a two-edged sword.  It informs, but it also perpetuates grievances and conflict and is very rarely used as a cautionary tale guiding us in a better direction.   It is so sad, we can no longer trust our children will be educated and not seduced by self-righteous self-hating professors who teach from their ideologically biased perspectives.  As to how students will define American identity, those completing this class will be as self-loathing and self-righteous as their teachers.  Thank heaven those teachers can only poison a few thousand minds during their careers.

I attended a multi-church gathering yesterday that was filled with praise, worship, and prayer…but I wept as Jesus wept upon entering Jerusalem on Psalm Sunday…because I know what they won’t see. They have sealed themselves off from the culture God calls us to engage. I forward your email to them every day along with my adding Hosea 4:6
