I want to introduce you to a Ministry that is focused in doing so.

While there are six other major thrusts, the central issue is PROMOTING OBEDIENCE TO GOD AND THE PREEMINENCE OF JESUS CHRIST AS REVEALED IN THE HOLY BIBLE. In addition we   will seek to refute the atheistic, agnostic, materialistic and humanistic cultures including the left-wing religious denominations that we believe are destroying our country.

The other 6 thrusts are:

PROMOTING CREATIONISM AS REVEALED IN THE BOOK OF GENESIS, IN SIX 24-HOUR DAYS. Refuting Darwinian Evolution, Theistic Evolution, Gap and Day-Age Theories and Progressive Creationism.

PROMOTING THE SANCTITY OF HUMAN LIFE AND THE RIGHT TO LIFE FOR THE BABY IN THE WOMB. Refuting the culture of death as in abortion, infanticide, euthanasia, suicide & doctor-assisted suicide, abortifacients, cloning & embryonic stem cell research and the killing of excess babies as in in-vitro-fertilization (selective reduction).

PROMOTING BIBLICAL SEXUAL MORALITY THROUGH ABSTINENCE ONLY EDUCATION AND PROGRAMS SUCH AS TRUE LOVE WAITS. Refuting sexual promiscuity: adultery, fornication, heterosexual oral sex, pornography, incest and bestiality, pedophilia and homosexuality.

PROMOTING AMERICA AS A NATION UNDER GOD, BUT NOT A NATIONAL CHURCH AS THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND. Refuting foreign cultures, legal precedents, languages and religions in opposition to Christianity.

PROMOTING THE GOD-ORDAINED FAMILY UNIT. Refuting cohabitation, no-fault divorce, perverted partnerships/non-traditional family adoptions.

PROMOTING GODLY RELATIONSHIPS, CIVILITY AND HEALTHY LIVING. Opposing racism, vulgarity & obscenities, body & mind abuse (smoking, alcohol and drugs, etc.).

All of these subjects can be reviewed in greater detail by visiting the VIRGINIA CHRISTIAN ALLIANCE web site- www.vachristian.org. In addition there are hundreds of articles written by our directors and advisors and others.

The mission of the VIRGINIA CHRISTIAN ALLIANCE is to promote moral, social and scientific issues we face today from a Biblical point of view. In addition we will refute and oppose, not with hate, but with facts and humor, the secular cultural abuses that have overridden laws and standards of conduct of the past.

WE WILL ENCOURAGE CHRISTIANS to participate in these efforts through conferences, development of position papers, booklets and tracts, radio/TV spots, newspaper ads and articles and letters-to-the-editor, web sites, newsletters and providing speakers for church and civic meetings.

While non-denominational, we believe in the fundamentals of the Christian faith and the Holy Bible.
