“Every device connected to your body doesn’t just measure—it mirrors. It copies part of you to the cloud, building a digital double designed not to serve you, but to track and shape you.” — Jeff Bayard
Read on and consider what it means to be truly be set apart in a wired world.

We are living in a time of breathtaking acceleration. Technology is advancing faster than our ability to discern its consequences. Data now rivals gold in value, and devices are no longer limited to our pockets—they are woven into our bodies. The prophet Daniel foresaw this moment when he wrote, “Many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase” (Daniel 12:4).
This explosion of knowledge is not neutral. Is it part of a more extensive, more coordinated system—a silent, global conflict known as Omniwar- or was it a conspiracy theory created to exaggerate reality and instill fear?
A Warning from the Watchmen
This topic will be explored in depth at the upcoming Battle for the Brain Symposium, scheduled for Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET. Hosted by Catherine Austin Fitts and featuring speakers like Patrick Wood, Dr. David A. Hughes, Dr. Daniel Broudy, and Dr. Lissa Johnson, the symposium will expose the actual scope of Omniwar—a war for the human mind waged through biotech, AI, and social engineering. This is not science fiction—it’s what’s unfolding before us now. Christians must discern the times we are living in. They are never what they seem from a world’s viewpoint.
What Is the Internet of Bodies?
“Every device connected to your body doesn’t just measure—it mirrors. It copies part of you to the cloud, building a digital double designed not to serve you, but to track and shape you.” — Jeff Bayard
The Internet of Bodies (IoB) is a rapidly growing network of internet-connected devices that collect biometric data and, in some cases, directly interact with or alter bodily function. This includes:
- Brainwave-reading earbuds and emotional state sensors
- Smart contact lenses and augmented-reality glasses
- Electronic or digital pills and implantable microchips
- Dental tooth-mounted sensors (track what you eat) and biometric fertility monitors
- Temperature-sensing pacifiers and Bluetooth-connected diapers
- Internet-connected toilets, scales, smart mattresses, and health records
These devices are marketed as conveniences and health tools, but they ultimately feed into a global surveillance grid that can monitor, predict, and influence behavior, often without informed consent.
According to the RAND Corporation, IoB devices are defined as those that:
- Contain software or computing capabilities
- Connect to the internet
- Collect or influence biometric or biological data
This is the infrastructure of Omniwar—a battlefield designed not to conquer land, but to reprogram humanity.
A Spiritual Crisis Behind the Screens
As Christians, we cannot afford to be passive or naïve about these developments. Scripture teaches us that our bodies are not tools for experimentation or control—they are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19). We are made in God’s image, not the image of the machine.
The true danger of IoB and Omniwar is not just surveillance or loss of privacy. It’s the reduction of the human soul to a stream of data, the replacement of spiritual discernment with algorithmic suggestion, and the numbing of minds and hearts to the truth of the Gospel.
What Must the Church Do?
The Church has been called to resist the spirit of the world in every age. Our calling remains unchanged, even in the digital age. The Christian response to Omniwar and the Internet of Bodies must be grounded in obedience to God and a renewed focus on His Word and presence.
Here is how we reclaim our ground:
- Prioritize daily prayer, periodic fasting, and communion with the Lord
- Fasting should include turning off all devices—phones, screens, media—and listen to God’s voice
- Read printed Bibles and meditate on Scripture
- Love your neighbor in tangible, relational ways—not just digital ones
- Teach your children discernment and biblical truth over tech-driven values
- Gather with fellow believers in person for encouragement and accountability
- Proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ boldly, in word and deed
“You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” — John 8:32
Fasting in this context means more than abstaining from food. It means taking intentional breaks from technology to restore spiritual clarity. Unplugging can be an act of worship—an act of warfare against the constant noise of the world.
A Return to the Greatest Commandments
Jesus was clear when He gave us the foundation of all faithful living:
“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” — Matthew 22:37–39
The first commandment grounds us in worship and obedience: putting God above devices, data, and digital noise. But the second calls us into community.
In an age of digital isolation, we must not let algorithms replace actual relationships. Loving our neighbor means being present—not just online, but in the real, embodied world. It means knocking on a door, listening without distraction, serving someone face-to-face. It means showing up in your neighborhood, your church, your local school, and being the hands and feet of Christ.
Let us not merely disconnect from surveillance and noise—we must also reconnect to people. That’s what Jesus did, and what His people are called to do.
Final Warning and Living Hope
The battle is real. The enemy is cunning. And the battlefield is now personal—wired directly into our homes, habits, and bodies. But the victory is not uncertain. Christ has already overcome the world (John 16:33), and our hope is not in resisting technology with fear, but in standing firm with faith.
Let us be watchful. Let us be wise. Let us be faithful. Because while Omniwar may rage across the digital landscape, our allegiance is to a Kingdom that cannot be shaken.
