A recent post from the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) on X (formerly Twitter) has sparked intense discussion. It reveals how U.S. taxpayer dollars were previously allocated to foreign initiatives—many of which raise constitutional and biblical concerns. The post, which has already garnered 8.9 million views since its publication on February 15 at 2:43 PM, lists a range of expenditures that have now been canceled under DOGE’s oversight.

Biblical & Constitutional Analysis
These expenditures reflect the unchecked power of the administrative state, which has no constitutional authority to allocate taxpayer funds for social and political engineering projects in foreign nations. The U.S. Constitution grants Congress the power of the purse, but unelected bureaucrats have expanded government control beyond what the Founders intended over time.
From a constitutional standpoint, James Madison warned against an overreaching federal government in Federalist No. 45, emphasizing that the federal government’s powers should be “few and defined.” Allocating funds to gender ideology hubs, voter participation in foreign elections, and social engineering, projects contradicts limited government principles and infringes upon the liberties of American taxpayers who never consented to such spending.
From a biblical standpoint, government is ordained by God to administer justice and righteousness (Romans 13:3-4), not to fund morally questionable or ideologically driven initiatives worldwide. Many of these now-canceled projects, particularly those advancing gender ideology and globalist governance, conflict with biblical values and reflect an attempt to undermine God’s design for nations, sovereignty, and individual responsibility (Acts 17:26).
DOGE: A Step Toward Restoring Constitutional Government
DOGE, spearheaded by Elon Musk under an executive order from President Donald Trump, has aggressively pursued wasteful government spending, cutting inefficiencies and redirecting funds back to U.S. priorities. Since its inception, the agency has eliminated thousands of government jobs, recovered billions in taxpayer dollars, and exposed how unelected bureaucrats have funneled resources into globalist, leftist, and unconstitutional programs.
While some critics argue that foreign aid serves diplomatic and humanitarian interests, DOGE’s actions reveal a disturbing pattern of using taxpayer dollars to push ideological and political influence abroad, including potential election interference.
Restoring Biblical and Constitutional Principles in Government
The revelation of these wasteful expenditures highlights the urgent need for constitutional governance and a return to biblical principles in public policy. Government should serve its people, uphold justice, and ensure fiscal responsibility, not engage in activism that conflicts with both America’s founding values and God’s Word.
As more Americans become aware of how their tax dollars were being misused, the demand for greater oversight and accountability will only grow. DOGE’s intervention is a step in the right direction—but should government efficiency go even further in cutting unconstitutional programs?
We will continue to follow DOGE’s actions and their impact on restoring fiscal sanity and moral responsibility in government spending.
