Only the Times-Dispatch editors could come up with idea that women are every bit as qualified as men to serve in the military and combat.

All the military institutions have had to lower their physical standards to accommodate women. In addition the normal sexual interplay between men and women are certainly not conducive to military operations and that includes possible rape by our own men and the enemy’s men.

We would appreciate your donation.

Women can not compete with men in most sports. They do not have the strength and endurance required. And who would want their daughter or wife to experience combat and to be associated and under command of generally rough and profane men?

The other consideration, men are suppose to be protective of women. We are a nation of cowards to subject women to combat. It’s as cowardly as Muslims making their children run through mine fields.

Yes, the editors probably have other supporters about the capabilities of women- radical feminist and ERA Democrats.
