In today’s discussion Fortress of Faith Radio by Tom Wallace and Shahram Hadian discuss the Muslim refugee agenda here in America as the doctrine of hijra is underway .

Today we are going to talk about the Muslim refugee agenda, and how it should be of concern to us. I chose the word “agenda” for a reason. There is a purpose for what is being done.
Shahram is an immigrant from a Muslim country. America is a nation of immigrants, and Shahram’s family came from Iran in 1978. They left Iran just a few weeks before the government was overthrown in the Islamic revolution. When they came to America their goal was to assimilate into the American culture and way of life.
About 16 years ago someone shared the Gospel with Shahram and he was saved. The transition from Islam to Christianity was not easy because of all of the false things he had been taught about Christianity. Today he is a Christian pastor.
We have a burden for reaching immigrants with the Gospel, especially those from Islamic countries. Islamic countries are closed to the Gospel and we have an opportunity to reach those who come here. Reaching them could also help reach some of those in their home countries.
Not only are we seeing a failure in Christian circles to reach Muslims for Christ, we are seen an opposite agenda from this administration. It seems to us that this administration is trying to transform America and is using Muslim refugees to do that. This is what we want to cover today. We also want to charge Christians to reach those Muslims who are here with the Gospel.
I was raised in Europe, and I saw first hand what happened when the churches did not stand up and do its job. Europe is being overrun by Muslims today. We don’t want to see this happen to America.
After WWII, Europe was in trouble. Their infrastructure had been destroyed by the war. They needed to rebuild just about everything. When I first went to England as a child I remember many who were just moving out of government housing and getting on their feet. It really took a while for Europe to recover from the effects of the war.
There was a shortage of men to do the work of rebuilding because so many had been killed during the war. The Southern Europeans turned to their neighbors in North Africa, Germany turned to Turkey, and England turned to its old colonies. Guess who they were? They were Muslims. Muslims started flowing into Europe by the boat load. Muslims had been trying to get into Europe for centuries. They tried coming through Spain and France in the 700’s. They were stopped at the battle of Poitiers in France. They tried to come in through Vienna and were kicked out again. Now they were being invited in, and even being paid to do so.
The governments of Europe told their people to bend to the immigrants because they needed them to rebuild. They allowed these immigrants to build enclaves and not integrate into the European way of life. They have now taken over whole towns and cities. We are making the same mistake with Islamic refugees in America.
We need to remember that Islamic immigration is different from non-Muslim immigration. Islam as a doctrine, which we have discussed before, called hijra. It teaches that they are to migrate in groups as part of jihad. They segregate themselves into communities and grow until they are large enough to start demanding their “rights.” They also have more children than westerners so their communities grow much faster.
This is happening in America with this administration dumping Islamic refugees across 190 communities. This is not accidental, it is intentional. It is changing these communities from within. We believe this administration, in conduction with the United Nations, is deliberately flooding America with Islamic refugees. Let’s not forget that the largest voting block in the UN is the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). The OIC actually has a hand in the selection of the refugees.
Obama has alluded to the fact that his transformation of America would make it a Muslim country. We believe that bringing in Islamic refugees is one of the major ways he is doing this.
Those who follow this ministry are familiar with the Muslim takeover of Dearborn, MI. We will see that there are other places where this is happening. It is happening in places like Idaho and North Dakota. The refugees are being dumped in small, conservative communities. We will look at what this does to the communities, and who is behind it.
The groups that are profiting from this are supposedly Christian groups. There are Catholic charities, Lutheran groups, Episcopal churches, etc. who are sponsoring these refugees. It may surprise you to find out they these groups are getting a lot of money from the government to do so. One of the reasons they are not sharing the Gospel with these refugees is there are strings attached to the money and they can’t talk about Christianity to the refugees.

The Purpose of Islamic Immigration
Let me remind you of what one Islamic leader in America had to say on this subject. Omar Ahmad is the co-founder of CAIR. This organization has shown its relationship to the Muslim Brotherhood and other terrorist leaning groups. Here is what he had to say:
“Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant,”
Let that sink in a moment. Islam is not looking for religious equality, it wants to dominate all other religions. He went on to say:
“The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth.”
Islam is not inclusive or pluralistic, it is totally exclusive. He also said:
….Those who stay in America should be “open to society without melting (into it)”
Islam teaches that those who migrate to a non-Islamic state are not to assimilate into the culture of the country. This is the doctrine of hijra I mentioned above. Those who come from Islamic countries are not like those who come from other countries. They cannot assimilate because it is against the teachings and ideology of their religion.
Europe is now living out the consequences of not understanding this doctrine. They did not realize that this multi-cultural utopia they wanted to build can never work in reality. The proof is before our eyes, yet our government is ignoring the evidence. The way things are going in Europe, there could be a civil war because of their naiveté.
In America we see these large dumps of Islamic refugees in conservative areas. Shahram has been in Idaho fighting this issue. The US government, the State Department, and the UN are planing on bringing 2,000 refugees into the south Idaho area. About 70% in Boise, ID and 30% in the Twin Falls area. The majority of those going to Twin Falls are Syrians. More than 90% of these refugees are Muslims.
We are having a hard time finding out if they are letting any Christians in. We know of the persecution of Christians in the Middle East so we must ask, where are the Christian refugees?
Let’s get into some specifics that show why we believe this is being done intentionally to change the demographics of these small towns. Leo Hohmann, who writes for World Net Daily, has an article on this subject.
Since 2002 the small cities of Fargo and West Fargo have received 3,647 refugees from more than two dozen Third World countries including 1,397 refugees from Bhutan, 670 from Somalia, 567 from Iraq, 209 from Liberia, 196 from Democratic Republic of Congo, and the balance from Iraq, Afghanistan, Russia, Cambodia, Chad, Columbia, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Burundi, Burma and Bosnia, according to government databases.
There are more on the way in the near future. The local communities are often not told they are coming until 30 to 60 days before they arrive. This is done intentionally because they don’t want the towns to have time to mount resistance to what is being done. The organization that is being used to bring these refugees in is Lutheran Social Services.
The people of these communities are saying, we are not equipped for this, we don’t know who these people are, we don’t know where they are coming from. It doesn’t matter to the Lutheran group because all that does matter is they are getting money for bringing them in.
We want to highlight the fact that these so called “Christian” charities, the Lutheran Social Services, the US Conference of Catholic Bishops, the Episcopal World Relief, the Hebrew Immigrant Society, and others, are the organizing authorities for bringing these people in. These agencies are getting millions of dollars to bring them here. The majority of this money is coming from tax dollars. Since these organizations are taking federal money they cannot, even if they wanted to, share the Gospel with these refugees.
The refugees that are coming in are cheap labor. There are industries in these towns that are taking advantage of this. Tyson Foods now has a very large halal section in North Carolina which is catering to Muslims. Muslim prayers are piped in over the loud speaker system giving praise to Allah. This is happening all over the country. Butter Ball, where we get our Butter Ball turkeys, is doing the same thing.
These companies have not been stamping their meat as halal meat. Some companies are starting to change this, and are starting to mark it properly. If the meat is going to meet halal standards they have to have Muslims doing the work.
Another thing we often forget is that these refugees are taking jobs away from Americans. We are not talking about illegal immigration, we are talking about legal immigration. Since Obama took office, close to 500,000 refugees from the third world have been brought into these small communities across the nation. Most of them are Muslims.
We could say that this is accidental, but it has accelerated under Obama. This didn’t start yesterday. It really started in 1980 under Jimmy Carter. Carter’s refugee act of 1980 opened the flood gate, but we have not seen anything like what his administration has done. The issue is that they are targeting small conservative communities.

Who Is Overseeing This?
Obama’s domestic policy adviser is Cecilia Muñoz. She said her focus is on making sure Obama’s historic immigration policies get “institutionalized” so they will live on long after she and her boss are gone from the White House.
Muñoz has a long history of Marxist activism and has fought continuously for open borders. She is in charge of the task-force created last November to grant amnesty to some 5 million illegal immigrants.
Susan Payne infiltrated a telephone conference call with more than a dozen members of Obama’s White House Task Force on New Americans hosted by Muñoz. Here is what she heard:
The participants spoke of their plans to plant “seedlings” of immigrant populations into “receiving communities” that would be cultivated into fertile “soil.” The idea was that the seedlings would sprout and grow into communities within communities. This is “integration.” The soil, meaning the community, needed to be changed to accommodate the needs of the seedlings, rather than the other way around. Eventually, the mature seedlings would take over the host community.
Is there any doubt, based on this phone call, as to what this administration’s agenda is? Muñoz is the former head of La Raza. This is a group that wants to give full rights to illegal immigrants and even give them citizenship. She is the head of the group “Welcoming New Americans.” Their goal is to get them on a fast track to citizenship and on the voting rolls. In America you don’t even need an ID to vote, and if you support voter ID you are called a racist.
There are some globalist foundations that are behind the funding of The New Americans. You may recognize some of these names; George Soros, the Ford Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. All of these groups are globalists. They are groups that interfere with, and try to dismantle nations. Those who stand against this agenda are called bigots and other names to try to shut them up.
This year the FBI has testified twice before Congress and said when it comes to refugees coming in from places like Syria and Iraq, it is almost impossible to properly check them out because these places have no databases to refer to. We are not using the normal screening processes in allowing in these refugees.
We know that not every one of these refugees is a jihadist. We know that some of them are legitimate refugees fleeing persecution. We also know that they are not letting in Christians. When we hear that the FBI cannot properly screen them, and when we see that the FBI is overwhelmed, it should concern us greatly.
Shahram was recently in Boise, ID giving training to some law enforcement people. He spoke to a gentleman who is part of the immigration service. His job was to process refugees. He told me three things that staggered me. First, when these refugees come in they often have made up birthdays and last names. The FBI is to screen them after they get here. They are chosen by the UN, and that should concern us.
Secondly, when they get here they are given benefits for 7 years. Within those 7 years they are put on the fast track for citizenship.
Thirdly, if they become citizens within those 7 years, their benefits are locked in for life.
Shahram was told that there is much pressure on the INS to rubber stamp everything and get them into the system as quickly as possible.
The local communities are not informed until the last minute and they don’t know what the impact will be on them. There will be impact on their social services, school system, housing, etc.
We have the numbers from 2012 on what these organizations are receiving from the Federal government. We are trying to get more up to date information, but we are being stonewalled. These numbers can be found on the Refugee Resettlement Watch website.
- Church World Services – $76,000,000
- World Relief – $56,000,000
- US Conference of Catholic Bishops – $71,000,000
We can go on and on. We are talking about a billion and a half to two billion dollars a year going into these so called Christian organizations to populate our nation with Muslims. This would be wonderful if it was an opportunity to get the Gospel to these people, but as we have said before, these organizations cannot even mention Christianity to these refugees.

What Should The Christian Response Be?
We need to see these refugees assimilate into our nation and culture. It should be a requirement for citizenship. If this doesn’t happen we will lose our country.
We need to remember that these people are lost. Their religion tells them that Jesus was just a man, not God, and that He did not die on the cross to pay our sin debt. If you don’t have Christ’s deity and if you don’t have His death on the cross, you don’t have the resurrection either. Without these, there is no Gospel. These people will die and go to Hell, not because they are Muslims, but because they have rejected Jesus Christ.

The first question is, how does a non-Muslim start a conversation and befriend a Muslim? Start by engaging them as a good neighbor like you would any other neighbor. Be friendly and hospitable. Most of the cultures from which Muslims come are very hospitable. This is not because of Islam, it is because of the cultures from which they come.
I don’t think you should accommodate them by buying halal meat, but on the other hand, don’t invite them over and offer them pork. If you have them over, you can’t go wrong with fish, rice, or beans.
A big part of reaching Muslims with the Gospel is first becoming friends with them. I don’t know of a Muslim who has gotten saved, who did not first have a friendship with a Christian.
Befriending a Muslim does not mean you have to make a dinner for them. You can help them out in some way. Maybe they need help with yard work or helping them buy a car. The important thing is that you demonstrate Christ’s love toward them.
As Christians, we have three weapons in our arsenal. The first of these is prayer. If God puts a Muslim in your path start praying for them immediately. Pray that God will open their hearts and give you wisdom as to how to approach them.
Secondly, share your testimony with them. Speak the truth in love as you do this. Don’t let the fact that it may offend them stop you.
The third tool is the Gospel. As you share the Gospel you will run into objections and oppositions. Don’t sugar coat the Gospel to make it more palatable to them. This will only destroy what you are trying to accomplish. They need to know who Jesus really is because they have been lied to. Shahram was reached because the person who shared her faith with him gave him the unadulterated truth of the Gospel. She made sure he heard of the crucifixion, the resurrection, that Jesus was the Son of God and God the Son. Everything was presented. He knew that God the Son and died for his sins.
Shahram tells me that this was hard for him to swallow, but God did the work in his heart. It is important to inject here that our job is to present the truth, the Holy Spirit’s job is to do the work in the heart of the Muslim.
Many Christians will do the first part and make friends, but when it comes to presenting the Gospel they chicken out. They are afraid of offending them. The question is, how much do you really love them if you are not willing to share the Gospel with them and rescue them out of the darkness of Islam?
It is essential to get them into the Word of God. Remember, “Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.” The best place to take them is to the Gospel of John.
If you get them to read the Gospel of John it will assault some of their beliefs because it will teach the deity of Christ. We usually have Muslims read the Gospel of John with us and we just answer their questions. If they don’t ask questions, then we ask questions like, What do you think that means?
When Jesus said “thy sins be forgiven thee” we ask how that could be since only God can forgive sins. We tell them that He has the right to do so because He is God. It takes time, but these things will start to sink in.
We also deal with those passages that speak of the atonement. We show that we cannot save ourselves, so God does it for us through the blood of Jesus Christ. No matter how sure a Muslim may seem about his faith, they have no assurance of their salvation.
When we can tell them that we have no doubt about our salvation, when we tell them we have no doubt that we will go to Heaven when we die, it will do something inside them. They will long for the same assurance that we have. They need to understand that this assurance is not based upon what we have done, but upon what Christ has done for us.
It will be hard for them to swallow, but they know that the only assurance they have of Heaven is to become a martyr in jihad for Allah. The fear of dying without any assurance of where they will spend eternity can be a big motivator. The Holy Spirit can use this to turn their hearts to Christ.
It is our responsibility to get the Word to them. It is the Holy Spirit’s responsibility to prick their hearts. This cannot be done without the Word of God.
