America is rapidly coming to a time of choosing; a fourth great awakening opportunity. We’ve such an opportunity about every 100 years. The first in the 1730’s. A second in the 1830’s, and the third in the 1930’s. During the first two, we turned as a people to God. From the first struggle came our War for Independence and America’s birth. From the second, the end of slavery and women’s suffrage. While not perfect, they were noble steps in the right direction.
However, in the last century we turned not to God but man. We embraced the Federal Reserve, FDR’s New Deal, and the push toward global government. This was even supported by the leaders of many Protestant denominations and the Catholic Church.[1] But all power comes from God. The spheres of both governance and religion have no power other than what He has given those entities. They therefore owe Him stewardship in how that power is used. Leaders within both the spheres of governance and religion betrayed their stewardship duty going into this third opportunity. Evil has grown since then.
At stake are our freedom, true justice, and faith. The battle is taking place on both spiritual and material levels. Our choices and actions matter.
The Road Ahead
The world is wakening up. While we’ve largely focused on events within our border, governments have resigned or appear about to collapse in Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Estonia, and Kuwait—so far. All played a role in the recent election. This is a global issue, and we are in it together.
We are beginning, and will likely continue, to see evidence of corruption at the highest levels. We’ve allowed ourselves to be deceived, and have been betrayed. There is only light and darkness. Being a Christian requires learning to discern between the two. Then trust your heart, and do what is right.
We follow God. He is the author of light and all that is good. There are over eighty million of us in America, and we are one. God does not abandon His people, and He cannot lie. But He only gives us the means, we must still take action. We must stand firm in His truth and light. There is no better place to be. I like the odds. I believe there is a great reset coming, but it is not the one the globalists or communists think.
Be strong. Love your family and neighbors. Care for each other. Educate those who are ignorant of what’s really happening. But most of all, stand for what is right.
