I believe in the Creation Account given in the Bible book of Genesis. God, through Jesus, created all there is in heaven and earth during a 6 day period. The context in Genesis indicates a day of 24 hours. The 24 hour day is affirmed in Exodus 20, Commandment 4 of the 10 Commandments. In addition the Bible provides times and dates that allow the time of creation to be establish at approximately 4,000 years before Christ.

The majority of scientist and biology teachers do not believe the Creation Account but substitute an alternate idea of the creation of the universe involving billions of years of random mutations, natural selection and survival of the fittest, all started by THE BIG BANG. The absolute key of evolution is that Creator God was not involved in the process. They insist that this process is not just a theory but a law of science, like the law of gravity. Most of these believers are atheistic or are compromised Christians who have to toe the line of the evolutionist to keep their jobs.

The support for evolution is so strong that the Creation Account cannot be taught in the public school science classroom (So affirmed by the Supreme Court). In addition the prejudice against it is so great that believers are thought of nothing but ignoramuses.

For example, the number one spokesman for evolution is atheist Richard Dawkins. He says- “It is absolutely safe to say that if you meet somebody who claims not to believe in evolution, that person is ignorant, stupid or insane (or wicked, but I’d rather not consider that)”.

We know where Dawkins is coming from, but what about committed Christians? Listen to compromised Christian Pat Robertson of the 700 Club. He said “The truth is, you have to be deaf, dumb and blind to think that this earth that we live in only has 6,000 years of existence.” Dr. Robertson, founder of Regent University, also felt that there were dinosaurs and a particular human being that God touched before the time of the Biblical account. Apparently he believes Adam and Eve are ‘Johnny comes lately’.

Science in its determinations concerning our origins has become a new and opposing religion, one that seeks the control of thought. It is so strong that many Christians have become doubtful of the biblical account of creation. They feel they must accept evolution (its proved science), but they know they can’t completely reject God and the Bible. Theistic Evolution is the answer. God starts things moving and then turns it over to evolution to develop the universe. Sounds like an oxymoron- God using a method of creation that rejects God’s involvement!

What are some of the answers to the following?

Where did the warm pools of pre-biotic soup that lighting is supposed to strike that then causes the explosion called the BIG BANG come from? How does an explosion that usually destroys things cause complex creatures to form?

Where are the transitions from the monkey to man? Apparently there are none. Even Charles Darwin said if no transitions are found then his theory of evolution is not valid.

How did a soul/human spirit that is in man, but not in a monkey get there? (Dawkins might not believe in a soul but Pat Robertson certainly should).

However there is the an overriding reason evolutionist reject the creation account- they do not want to acknowledge God and the evolution theory is their only alternative to reject a Creator.

I would say to the evolutionist you need to come up with a more believable theory. I believe the theory will prove to be sciences greatest hoax, its time is running out.
